Superare lo stigma
Most people have a loved one, family member, or friend with a mental illness. Yet, there is still stigma around issues such as bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety. Stigma is how people can be viewed negatively due to their culture, circumstances, or illnesses. Feelings of stigma can hurt relationships, make a person reluctant to seek help, and contribute to disparities in mental health care.
Recognize Mental Health Awareness Month in May by sharing these resources to help reduce stigma and raise awareness among employees about how their EAP benefit can help.
