Stress and Heart Health
The body’s stress response is meant to handle short-term stress. But prolonged stress that keeps the body on high alert can put a person’s health and well-being at risk, especially heart health. In recognition of American Heart Month, use these communication pieces to remind employees of their EAP benefit and how it can help them address stress.
